Cinnamon Sugar Cruffins:
Cinnamon Sugar Mixture:
Instructions
1. Mix 2 ¼ cup flour + ½ tsp salt
2. In a separate bowl, mix ⅓ cup of milk, ⅓ cup of water, 2 tbsp of
sugar, and 2tsp yeast
3. Next, add the yeast mixture to the flour mixture until the dough is
smooth
4. Add 1/4 cup of butter
5. Shape into a ball and rise for an hour or until doubled in size
6. Divide into 6 parts
7. Mix together the 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 tbsp of cinnamon to amke
the cinnamon sugar mixture
8. Roll a dough ball out, spread butter and cinnamon mixture on top
and roll it together
9. Cut the long rolled up dough in half and twist it into a rose like
shape
10. Butter your muffin pan and place each dough into each muffin
compartment, repeat for all 6 parts of dough, you should be able to
make
11. cruffins since you cut each in half
12. Rise for 1 hour so the cruffins are doubled in size
13. Bake at 440F for 14 minutes. Enjoy!!
