Coffee Topping:

Instructions

1. Mix the milk, water, and sugar
2. Add yeast and salt
3. Add flour
3. Add butter
4. Knead it into a ball and rise for an hour
5. Knead and split into 6 parts
7. Knead into balls and rise for an hour
8. For the topping, mix the butter and sugar, add in the egg
9. Next, mix the instant coffee and hot water a separate bowl
10. Last, add the coffee mixture to the butter mixture, and slowly add in the flour
11. Pipe the Coffee topping on the already risen buns and bake for 18 minutes at 356F
