Petit French Rolls:

Instructions
1. Mix 1/2 cup warm water, 1 tsp yeast, and 2 tsp sugar, let it rest
for 15 minutes
2. In a separate bowl, mix together 1 1/4 cup flour and a pinch of
salt
3. Add the yeast mixture with the dry ingredients and mix, then add
the butter, and mix
4. When the dough is smooth, rest for 45 minutes, covered in plastic
wrap or a towel
5. Divide the dough into 6 even pieces and roll each into desired
shape
6. Put the balls on parchment paper, with space to rise, and rest for
35 minutes
7. Make a cut across the top and add butter in the cut
8. Bake at 440 F for 14 minutes and enjoy!
